Local family stays warm after becoming winners of heat pump giveaway in 2016!

For the first time in years, staying warm this winter wasn’t difficult for Piney Flats homeowners, Mickey and Kimberly Beal, winners of our heat pump giveaway in 2016.

During freezing cold temperatures, Mickey Beal used to go outside to chip ice off of his outdoor heat pump unit in order for it to work.

Kimberly hadn’t heard of Leinbach Services until she saw an ad on Facebook announcing their third annual heat pump giveaway. She thought of all the times they’ve needed to repair their older unit and decided to enter. A week before the deadline to enter the giveaway, she went to the link on the ad that lead her to page on Leinbach Services website asking for her name, city, and how many years old her current heat pump is.

Getting the finalist call

Then on the evening of November 22, Kimberly received a phone call from Leinbach Services, informing her of being one of four finalists. Initially, the Beal’s were skeptical of the drawing and unsure of the legitimacy of the giveaway. Still, she continued with the process to stay entered to win the heat pump. A new heat pump would greatly benefit her family, so she continued with the process.

“A new heat pump would be a big blessing,” said Kimberly Beal. “It needs repairs a couple times a year.”

The benefits of replacing an older heat pump system with a newer, energy efficient unit lowers utility bills and energy usage, and increases level of comfort at home while avoiding costly repairs.

The Beal’s watched the Leinbach Service truck pull-up to the house with a new heat pump still in the box in the bed of the truck. Kimberly was handed a bouquet of fall flowers and Michael held the giant certificate declaring them as winners of the 2016 heat pump giveaway.

The Beal’s expressed their shock and disbelief that they had actually won a much needed prize. “We’ll tell everybody we know about Leinbach Services,” Kimberly Beal said. “This is a very big deal. We appreciate you.”

After the announcement declaring them winners, the Beals were asked by all kinds of people about the new heat pump and true to their word, they’ve spread the news. “We’ve been asked by a lot of people about the giveaway,” Michael Beal said. “We tell everyone about it.”

After all the work of installing the Beal’s new heat pump, Kimberly raved about the process from start to finish.

We have met the owner of the company, the marketing director, several technicians, spoken with the receptionist several times and have been highly impressed with everyone at Leinbach Services! The Liang Family of Kingsport are the winners of our 5th annual heat pump giveaway in November 2018.

Richard and Charmaine Liang bought a house and quickly realized they needed a new heat pump. They suffered an entire winter last year with insufficient heat.

“Our home is not warm enough,” Charmaine said. “Sometimes it heats, but sometimes it doesn’t. We just bought the house last year, so we cannot afford a new heat pump.” Richard agreed.
