Leinbach Services recently earned a customer service award through Angie’s List. It’s called Super Service Award. We’ve received this customer service award for the third year in a row. The super customer service award reflects an exemplary year of customer service provided to members of the review site in 2014.
“We are honored to receive the super customer service award from Angie’s List,” said company president Jim Leinbach. “Our customers are the only reason why we’re here. We are constantly working to provide award winning customer service with each experience. It must be working for us because our customers voted for us.”

According to Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks, only about 5 percent of the heating and air conditioning companies in home and building maintenance service businesses have performed so consistently well enough to earn the Super Service Award. “It’s a really high standard.”
The winners of this customer service award have met strict eligibility requirements. These requirements include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade. Plus, the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check, and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines. Not a difficult task for Leinbach Services, but we’re so happy for the recognition.
